More sites than your plan covers: every site keeps its site audit. Agent work, playbooks and routines run on the sites your plan covers.
Your AI app is billed by its own provider, not by us. Routines run as scheduled tasks there, and Claude needs a paid plan for those.
Changing plan
Moving up is charged now, minus what is left of your current period, and the amount is shown first. Moving down starts at your next renewal. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace goes back to Free. All of this is in Billing, or at paddle.net.
If you bought a credit pack under our earlier plans and still hold unused credits, contact support.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment: your first payment, a renewal or a plan upgrade. There is no reason needed and no credits to deduct. Ask support; once Paddle approves it, the workspace goes back to Free.
